Why there is no cookie banner
We only use strictly necessary storage and cookieless, privacy-first analytics, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to pop up in front of a child. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting, or any cross-site tracking.
What we store in your browser

Analytics we use
- Fathom Analytics: counts page views and which buttons are pressed (for example “play” or “buy the book”). It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and cannot follow you to other websites. How Fathom handles data.
- Vercel Web Analytics: page views and site speed (Web Vitals). Cookieless; visitors are identified only by a hash that resets daily and is never linked to a person. Vercel Analytics privacy.
Neither tool is used to track children, build profiles, or serve advertising.
Third-party sites
Shop and social buttons lead to Amazon, Audible, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others, which set their own cookies once you arrive there. Our privacy policy has the full list.
